Biography
Ania (born Ania Dąbrowska on Jan 7th, 1981 in Chełm, Poland) is a Polish singer, songwriter and composer. She took part in a Polish edition of a talent-show Idol which enabled her to sign a contract with BMG and release her debut album Samotność po zmierzchu (transl. Loneliness after dusk). She collaborated with numerous Polish stars, such as: Smolik, Krzysztof Krawczyk, Artur Rojek (Myslovitz).
Her second album Kilka historii na ten sam temat (transl. Few stories on the same subject) was released on October 16, 2006.
Both albums are from the 'genre' of 'intelligent pop' - delicate, feminine, flirting with jazz.
