Hip-hop, R&B, Dance hall, Rock, Pop (Recording artist, Songwriter, performer,) Known by stage name 1Rail. Born and raised in Stone Town (Uganda, East Africa) locally known as Jinja. has always had his interest in music .Rapping since the age of six and starting to record at 16 recording his very first studio album Called " Nothing But The Best " in 2008 in a Duo group Called " The Optimists " Featuring a long time friend from High school known as E-Sam Continuing to make other solo projects and collaborations in 2008 and 2009 like " How we Do " ," Hypocrite" , "Sudden storm" , "listen to me" , "Mind ya bidness" , "So fly" , "Bout me ". also Creating an indie record label in 2009 called " Label Face " which he used in recording his Second Studio album called " Dream or Reality " Featuring tracks like " Stone Town ( My Town ) " ," Roll with me " ," Neva Forget Ya Boy ", "Down 4 what Eva" , "I'll Always" , "Runnin' Away" , "My Life" , "Dream Or Reality" , "Umma Be Me ","Count The Money" . performing his tracks on various high school tours like the " How we do High school tour " which featured other local popular artists like Toniks.
In 2010, 1Rail recorded a number of songs like “On lock “, “Check My Swag”,” Need You Back”. His hit single On lock featured on one of the wickedest Hip-hop & R&B mixtape in Uganda called the Rudebwoy muzik mixtape Hosted by Dj Rudebwoykella Mckenzie ( Presenter at Hot 100 FM ( The Mostest Hip-hop & R&B radio station in Uganda ) ). In addition, other tracks like Need You Back Charted on other local radio stations in Uganda.
2011, he started working on his 3rd Studio Album Called " Livin' My Life " which features tracks like " Livin' my life - 1Rail", " If it's love - 1Rail", "Kuna time - 1Rail" , "Don't let go - 1Rail ", "Fresh Out The Kitchen - 1Rail " , " Back To My Hu$tle - 1Rail " , "Gotta Love me - 1Rail " and couple of mixtapes such as " The Hook Star " which features tracks like Moanin' - 1Rail , Not Gonna Let You Go , Till the Mornin' and " Deal 4 Deal" featuring tracks like My ladies ,You know wat it do .
In March 2011, 1Rail joined the Bayimba Cultural Foundation Workshop during the workshop One Rail managed to record a track called Tolindeka (You Won't Leave Me) featuring Nasa Kingz an R&B vocalist. Produced by Joseph Mbida a prominent hip-hop producer in Denmark as he tutored the Hip-hop students in the workshop in making beats and recording vocals. 1Rail was also chosen to perform at the bayimba regional festival with other hip-hop artists fusing hip-hop / rap with (Live) cultural local instruments.1Rail's turning point from just a recording artist to a live performer.
