Tachibana Risa (立花理佐) is a Japanese singer, actress and idol born October 19th, 1971 in Osaka, Japan. Risa first started garnering attention when her 1987 single "疑問" was used in the drama 毎度おさわがせします. She would only release a handful of chart placing singles before "最高の一日 〜One Day〜" in 1988 only manged to rank 18th on Oricon and she has been unable to chart ever since.
