Mikiya Katakura (片倉三起也, born August 1 in Hokkaido, Japan) is a composer, arranger and keyboardist, and member of ALI PROJECT since 1988. His compositions have been featured in a wide variety of media including movies, animated TV series, and TV dramas. He is perhaps best known for the soundtracks he composed for Studio CLAMP series (CLAMP School Detectives and Wish), the Maria-sama ga Miteru animated TV series, and the .hack//Roots series. He has also produced songs for Ai Shimizu on her album 螺旋のプロローグ.
