PennYo is the Chinese a cappella group of the University of Pennsylvania. Founded by a group of students passionate about Chinese music and a cappella in 2002.PennYo has grown and evolved through the years. The release of PennYo's debut album, 无中生友 Emergence, in 2005 marked a big milestone for the group. Since then, PennYo has gone from strength to strength, completing our first international tour to Shanghai in the winter of 2006 and touring numerous colleges in the US.
