Ooh German! I used to study that, I really liked it. The alphabet with Russian is the least of the difficulties - It's quite easy to learn the alphabet really, but the grammar is a different matter completely, haha... When I'm not studying I'm from Devon :) Where are you studying/from? Don't suppose you have MSN? If you do then let me know your email address and we can chat some more.

SUPER compatibility rating! Awesome! Hello :) As for your question - why I study Russian - I ask myself the same thing on a regular basis... I don't really know. I've just always been interested in the history & literature of Russia I guess, so I thought 'why not?'... It's going pretty well though so I think it was the right choice! :D What about you, what do you fill your time with, good music taste boy?

Thing is, you gave me a list of bands aaages ago and I liked them all, that's what I'm getting at. Just started to smell a conspiratorial rat when this site started to recommend Coldplay, Bloc Party and Snow patrol all the time...pah.

I'm still not sure why our music match is so comparatively low. I'll have a go at this 'radio player' thing soon.

I don't photograph as much as I used to.. I learnt how to do film processing and developing last year on my art foundation course which was really good fun... but expensive, yeah! I've got a digital SLR which is great but I don't use it as much as I should at the moment... got a flickr account though so everything goes on there (o: xx

Hello there. If you're interested, The Inconsolables have two rather good new demo tracks on their MySpace page, nestling there for your (or, indeed, anyone else's) listening pleasure: Hoverfly (next single) and Falling From Grace (possible single after that). Hurrah.

Ah well that can be forgiven then (o: Well I sort of paint and design and photograph and stuff quite a bit and I've been lead to believe that this constitutes such a title! Also big woop for Broken Social Scene..

I committed the cardinal sin of fucking about with an MP3 player while driving, scraped the nearside front panel against a wall... So yeha, fele like a right bellend. Just a few scratches though and a bit of mess on one wheel. Mate, recommend me some exciting new music.

You heard of 'Channel Light Vessel'? Very electric, eclectic and actually shockingly good. Amazing the gems my dad's got hidden away in his mostly-70s-prog-rock collection!

There I was about to take you up on your mental, arrogant Facebook suggestion when I couldn't help but notice it's all Digitalism - and half of it's one track. Same thing again?!

Yeah, they did indeed get it right. I see you're obviously a big fan with five plays in 22 mins...I didn't think it could record multiple scrobbles of one track! :P

That's actually a damn good tune, if a little lo-fi. The question is, how do you stumble across such aural goodness? I'm crap at finding new music!

Normally at this point in the set, I tell you all to go home and form a band. But maybe you're like me, and not very muscical. So you don't have to form a band, but at least write a fanzine, or an article for a magazine that I'd like to read, or a book I'd like to read, or a sitcom I'd wanna watch, or a film that I'd buy a cinema ticket for. I don't want to sound like a hippy. I don't.
