I think we definitely agree on the Far album - I posted on Decoy after your review went up there too. Overall for me it's a really good album that doesn't quite live up to my (unrealistic) expectations. But I'm very happy to have Far back and am always happy to have Jonah making as much music as he can. Dude has one of my absolute favourite voices in music

loving Glorious Noise already - can't believe i haven't heard of "Lions" yet... got to get me some more of them. I met the guys from Regular John after a gig late last year. Very poor turn out, i was literally the only one on the floor dancing and singing - they came off stage and just jammed around me - that was awesome. I got a signed copy of their debut for my efforts... its a shame so much worth-while music goes under-appreciated here in Aus. I see you're listening to Baroness "Blue Record" - in my top 10 albums of last year! I'm also really looking forward to Foals, The Dead Weather, and Black Keys. 2 local releases "Inner Speaker" by Tame Impala and "This is the Warning" by Dead Letter Circus are going to be massive also. I highly recommend you checking those 2 bands out.

Shun is great but they only ever play that one song. Ditto for Aerogramme. How the hell do we get them to play from the same artist?

hey sorry it took me so long to accept your friend request, I just noticed it. They don't make these things obvious, especially when you only log in once every couple months!

Buuuuff! Dificult to decide man. Right now I'm stuck with 'In lieu of pay' and 'wind up bird', great voices, can't believe they're not more popular. Stomacher is a huge discovery. I saw Caspian in concert in october and I wish they would've come with Constants to Madrid too. Love the density of Bloody Knives. Rishloo I knew already and I think they're hypnotic. Well, I could go on...some of them I just need to digest yet. Sometimes the good stuff doesn't get to you at first, but in a week or so I'll be so sick of listening to some tracks that the forgotten ones can tremble... Thanks for the add! You keep searching, I'll be watching.

yeah..there's a lot to navigate here. what i like about it is how active and responsive listeners are on it are. you can sign up as a label which is what i've done, so i can promote the band and create paid promo campaigns where people on last.fm will get the band's songs on their lists or radio stations. gaining exposure..and it's not that expensive to create one of those campaigns.
