Another female star has been born in Gambia. Haddy Trawally aka DIHA has a golden voice. Her music has its roots in both Senegal and Gambia. "Mbalax" is the name of this popular form of folk music in theese countries. She is often compared with the famous senegaleese singer Vivianne Chidid (N'Dour). Other than that her music contains elements from R&B and tropical music like zouk and kompa.
