Dead Pollys is founded as an extension of Eldinger, a singer-songwriter project by Niclas "Nizze" Nilsson . He met Hans "Dr Glitter" Müller over a beer among some other friends where they mentioned working together. Nizze with his punkrock history and Dr Glitter with his background from the blues, country, reggae and rock scene as a professional bass player. Nizze is inspired by bands like The Clash and The Pouges, but also bands like The Dubliners, Gogol Bordello, Dropkick Murphys, The Boys and 999.
