Sidechild, the moniker for a Swedish guy with crazy hair called Pontus, has definitely been taking his time to complete his first album. Sidechild had for years been writing songs that didn’t fit in to the music projects he was involved in back then. These songs were all deeply personal, folky pop songs and differed a lot from the funk and R´n´B music he was working on at the time.
