Der Mai wird für uns ein großer Monat, da wir eine ganz besondere IMPULSE feiern werden. Diesmal haben wir zwei Flors und ein Line-Up das sich gewaschen hat:
TMSV aus Utrecht, Niederlande ist bekannt für seinen deepen und basslastigen mit Percussions und Tribal Sounds verfeinerten Stil bekannt. Mit Releases auf führenden Labels wie Tube 10 Recordings, Black Box und Box Clever, ist er ein gut etablierter und respektierter Produzent in der Szene, der auch Unterstützung durch Dubstep-Giganten wie Distance, Youngsta und Mala erfährt. Macht Euch bereit für ein Bassfest der Extraktasse!
Kiki Hitomi ist die Sängerin/ Songwriterin/ Performance-Künstlerin der Londoner Bass-Forscher King Midas Sound. In der Vergangenheit hat sie mit dem Bug-und Starkey zusammengearbeitet und war ein Gründungsmitglied von Dokkebi Q. Sie veröffentlichte gerade ein kostenloses Download-Mixtape namens "@" und alle Titel stellen Experimente Hitomis in der Kunst des Cover-Songs dar. Dabei erschafft sie Bass-geschwängerte Versionen von vergangenen Klassikern, darunter Buju Banton, Grace Jones, Missy Elliott, Sister Nancy, und viele mehr. May is going to be a huge month as we will celebrate a very special IMPULSE. This time we will have two floors and a really heavy line-up:

Kiki Hitomi is the singer/songwriter/performance artist from London’s bass explorers King Midas Sound. In the past she has collaborated with The Bug and Starkey and was a founding member of Dokkebi Q. She just released the free download Mixtape called “@” and all the tracks are Hitomi’s investigation into the art of the cover song. She creates bass laced takes on past classsics including Buju Banton, Grace Jones, Missy Elliott, Sister Nancy, and more .
