This is by the band Toe from Chicago - not to be confused with the band Toe from Japan. Failure was recorded at Truckstop recording studio on South Michigan Avenue in Chicago around 1999. David Pavkovic plays the drums and wrote the lyrics. Jeff Parker plays guitar. Yoko Noge sings the main vocals and Tim Kinsella provides background vocals. Doug McCombs may be playing bass on this or it may be a synth bass, not sure. David Pavkovic produced this track. View wiki
