syntax::orion was officially formed around the year 2000 when David and Andre, influenced by the goth/electro club scene at the time, decided to also create music of their own, coming up about at the same time as Nuklear Dawn and Mechanique. With David's experience with tracker software and Andre's previous experience in keyboard playing it didn't took long before the first tracks were created.
