S.C.A.R are a three piece band located in the Netherlands, led by Dutch musical mastermind Jack Pisters. Their music can best be described as expressive rock. They started out in 2003, with original founding members Jack Pisters, Nick Granville and Victor Dirks. All three musicians have deep roots in the Dutch music scene, having played with such names as Avalon, Ayreon, Anouk, Soylent Green, Zip Tree, Ostracized, etc. Having played shows in the Netherlands and the UK, they have released their debut album "The Awakening" in 2005.
