Growing up in Vaasa, listening to late night radio programs and going to local raves and after-hours got him interested in electronic music. Started playing records and arranging parties around 1994-1995 and has been playing at various events since that. Got into drum & bass in 1997-2002 and promoted some d&b nights with a goal to keep the sound alive in his hometown. Later moved on to an minimal / techno / electro sound but still gets inspired by different kinds of music. He likes to mix the old with the new rather than relying on just the latest or biggest tunes.
