This is an alternative progressive funk rock band from the the South Bay area of California. The band consists of singer CJ Mahoney, guitarist Brendan Loftus, bassist Robert Nagelhout, and drummer Ian Maloney. The band formed in late 2007 when each band member had been seeking a new musical project to begin. The correct spelling is "DeVoid" but the name is apparently popular and the band preferred to have it's own page rather than share with other bands named Devoid.
