Wring is a band born of lots of dark nights in the studio, just outside of Boston, Mass. A little over a year ago, Nick Parker and Art Baron met and began to talk about producing music. Crafting it over time. Not trying to catch the energy of live performance. Playing it like chess. With forethought, though both had done the live thing in the past. They were from different worlds in many ways: Art musically trained where Nick was not; Nick a studio engineer already, where Art was not; lots of similar tastes in music, but also lots of new interests to bring to one another.
