In 1999 Warren Swan become the lead vocalist and pushed the band to a new height of artistic creativity the band members pride themselves upon. We.re All Broken released Campaign Moving Slow in June of 2004. The album received credit for its melodic chord blending, ambient and electronic layering, and passionate climaxes.
