Undeity Grounds formed back in March 2008 in Dhaka, Bangladesh by Rakat Zami and Tilok Adnan. It all began with their first composition, "Hold Your Breath", and the table tennis board at the back of the school they all went to. So, when Rakat first composed Hold Your Breath and passed the song to Tilok, he instantly liked it. He, then, wrote some lyrics for the song and made a demo.
