Damon Martin was born in the North East of Scotland in 1988 and from the age of 4 discovered a massive passion for music. He is a self-taught singer, guitarist, pianist, composer and producer. Since 2007 he has been the lead singer/guitar player and main songwriter for the heavy metal band Downfall. The band had two releases with Damon on vocals: Burn and Unstoppable which he mixed and produced himself. In 2009 Damon started writing material for a solo project he called Traumatosis.
