Greetings from the Star Chamber is the first solo project of Todd Parker, founding member/guitarist/vocalist of 1990's NYC/Hoboken neo-psych group, the Tadpoles. Following the Tadpoles' last show in February, 2000, Parker announced the Tadpoles would be going on indefinite hiatus. In 2001, Parker released the Tadpoles compilation album "Use With Headphones Late at Night (Best of 1990-2000)" and went into a self-imposed retirement from the world of music.
