The Zurich String Trio, also known as trio oreade, is a Swiss ensemble that gained recognition after winning the First Prize at the International String Trio Competition in Munich in 2012. The trio, which includes Elodie Théry (cello), Meredith Kuliew (viola), and Nevena Tochev (violin), is known for its dynamic sound and intuitive musical understanding, allowing them to interpret classical music in a contemporary way.
