The Waking Hour formed in the spring of 2005 under the alias of Acts of Brutality. At the time it was just three guys, Jason Doss(bass), Devin DiPalma(guitar), and Anthony(drums). During the course of the past year, Acts of Brutality played several dozen shows, self recorded a rough EP in the basement of a friends house. This friend, Robbie, ended up hitting off with AOB, and joined as a second guitarist.
