Biography
The Van Buren Regulars began in Phoenix, AZ sometime back in 2005 with Tim and Scott. Tim, as the band's leader/songwriter, recruited Scott, the percussionist, to play some acoustic shows with him. Shortly after, the two of them recruited their friends Josh, a guitarist, and Wes, a bassist in an effort to field a full band. After cycling through a few drummers, VBR now features Jon as its full-time drummer.
VBR is all about creating great music and meeting people through that music. Music is a powerful force and it encapsulates at least a small part of nearly everyone's lives. Through this vehicle, VBR wants to meet and get to know not just its fans but other bands as well. It's five members are committed not just to creating great music, but to having fun while doing it. The acoustic sound of the guitar and percussion mixed with electric guitar and bass, along with a full trap set truly creates something unique.
