The Tedious sprang out of the active west country avant-garde scene of the early 1990s to have become one of the most active groups in their field. Making a hard electronic indie sound they are credited with being the originators of Death Indie. They released their first album in late 2004 entitled I Tedious and followed that up with a number of single releases throughout 2005.
