The Strangers Almanac is the folk-pop project of Dundee based songwriter Gord Matheson and multi-instrumentalist Avril Smart. After a string of home-recorded releases, Gord put out 2009's 'Car Boat Sail' LP, an attempt at chronicling a round-the-world trip and the breakup of a relationship.
