Noel Bailey was a foundation reggae roots guitarist, and was a part of groups such as The Roots Radics, Tempo & The Jet Sets and the Black Roots Players. His first release was "Love And Affection" in 1969 produced by Roy Shirley. Bailey's most well known work is likely on The Clash's Sandinista! album.
