The Simos is a Finnish band that was formed during the second course of music in the Tikkurila Lukio. It isn't easy to find a band that sings modern versions of ancient Kalevalian songs, but The Simos is one of them. The Simos were deeply influenced by the essence of "Simo" and it was obvius that they had to name the band after him for his honor.
