The Running Aztecs is a swiss Bluesrock band from Solothurn. The band was formed in January 2016, when Sascha Knell (guitars&vocals) and Sahin Dogan (drums) invited Samuel Bobst (bass) for a jam. ​ As all band members have grown up with artists like B.B. King, Jimmy Hendrix, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Rage Against The Machine you will find several influences from different genres such as Rock, Blues and Funk from the early 60s till today. ​ The feedback from their first shows was just stunning, so they decided to shorten things up and released an EP called “Conversation in Decemb… read more
