He wrote the debut album 'The Importance of mr Bedlam' and went to The Outhouse Studio, which is owned by John Mitchell of Kino, Arena, Lonely Robot, Frost*, It Bites and other projects, to record it. John Mitchell liked what he heared and introduced Sorrell to Chris Hillman of White Star Records, who signed the band to his label.
