The Offkey Band is a covers project created by LastFM user DrScummm because he needed to test his recording/producing skills. "Formed" in 2007 in Estonia. The recordings only showed his remarkable lack of guitar playing and producing skills. But yet, he himself found the songs to be highly amusing, with their mistakes and all.
