THE LEAGUE OF DECENCY is Atlanta, Georgia's prime purveyor of Swing, Soul, and Roots Rock 'n' Roll. The League was founded in 1984 by Tommy Dean and Billy Mcpherson as a duo performing weekly at The Point in Little 5 Points. After a four year run, The Point changed hands in 1988, Mcpherson left for Seattle, and Dean started building a larger group with an enormous reputation.
