THE JUTES, as far as anyone knows, came from Denmark in the 3rd century AD. After a bit of pillaging and some wiping out of Celts they settled in Kent and Hampshire. Then they got lost in the New Forest and disappeared entirely. Ale is suspected. But then, in mid-2006 five brave JUTES in their 20s (four males and a female ) peered out into the daylight in Leeds (of all places) and shouted "Yay! Let's do it all again!"
