The Horizon Folds is an alternative indie band based out of Oklahoma City. Members Jamie and Mark grew up together, but both went their separate ways in college; Jamie to Belmont University in Nashville, then to SMU in Dallas before finishing at OU, while Mark went to Missouri to attend Drury University. The two started writing and recording together, sending tracks through email, eventually releasing their first disc in 2007 entitled 'the city below sleeps' which spawned their most well known song to date, 'December 22, Love'.
