Originally formed in 1976 (or so): Mike, Rich, his brother Rodger (Elliott), Dave and Steve formed a garage band in Lowell, Mass. and rehearsed either in Mike's mom's basement or in a small guesthouse behind Rich/Elliott's parent's place, known the "Little Red".
