The charming Shane Herrell (lead vocals, guitar) fronts the band, with support from Travis Morrison (guitar), Brian Papenfuss (drums, percussion), and Wayne Draves (bass). The First Times are a compilation of many local Seattle bands such as, The Knast, The Spits, Spook The Horse, Virgin, and Hallways. The band was started as a means to satisfy a sweet tooth not being met by any of their other projects.
