The Crushers are a garage band from Moscow, Russia. Their music inspired by 60's garage and freakbeat scene with its acts such as The Music Machine,The Troggs and The Seeds. The Crushers formed in mid 90's as three piece (vocalist and guitarist Pavel Petrov, Oleg Peskov on drums and Elias Sterzhanov on bass) , but after bassist left reformed with 2 new members - Pavel Prianichkov (keyboards) and Vadim Markov (drums), both ex-members of russian band The Mods.
