The disputed name of two bands: 1) The Chavs are a dirty blues rock n roll band. Formed in 2003 from members coming from Roachford, Claytown Troupe, Vice Squad and 90s Colchester band Maniac Squat, among others. Angry Sex was the band's debut and only album, and was released in 2004 on the Maniac Squat label. Since then, they have also released a single, Shock and Awe. The Chavs provided two songs, Angry Sex and Nuclear War for the soundtrack of MTV Blaggers in 2004 and the theme tune Dynamite Sting for Hotel MTV in 2005.
