The Bloomdaddies began in the summer of '93 as a trio playing a repertoire of mainly acoustic jazz arrangements and originals. The first members of the group, originally called "Murphy's Law", were Seamus Blake (Moose) on sax, Jessie Murphy (Murph/Mission Man) on acoustic bass, and Jordi Rossy (Heywhore/whore) on drums.
