Teymur Mustafayev was born on 10th of April in 1939 in Jalilabad. Khanende, the Popular artist got his education in the Azerbaijan State Music School. His art teachers were Seyid Shushinski (Seyid Şuşunski) and Ahmad Bakikhanov. After finishing school Teymur Mustafayev continued his education in the Azerbaijan State University of Art and Culture.
