Emerging after the demise of Swedish hardcore trailblazers Refused, TEXT was founded by Kristofer Steen, David Sandström, Fredrik Bäckström and Jon F Brännström. All except Bäckström were members of Refused, but stylistically, they have little in common with their forebears.
