Terraex is a progressive/experimental rock band based in Stavanger, Norway. It all started in 2007 when Carlos Sanchez decided to put together a solo album. Maria Toresen joined shortly after and they made a dozen of songs together. It was in 2009 that they finally became a quartet featuring Gunvar Wie on drums and Andrea Ummarino on guitars. Their first album “Somnia” will be released in around 25 countries in October 2009, courtesy of Musea Records, and the band will start touring soon.
