Southern hard rock with country overtones, Tattoo Rodeo played a bluesy down home brand of heavy metal. Very little in the way of commercial success led to the band being largely forgotten by the rock community. Burbank, California seemed like an unusual spawning ground for such a sounding band, but makes sense considering their earlier formation as AOR band White Sister.
