Since 1997, the lineup has consisted of Serj Tankian (lead vocals, keyboards), Daron Malakian (guitar, vocals), and Shavo Odadjian (bass, backing vocals), along with drummer John Dolmayan, who replaced original drummer Andy Khachaturian.
