Superdrive was a grunge/alternative side project by Useless ID frontman Yotam Ben Horin, formed in 2002 with Ben-Horin on lead vocals and guitar, Ofer Gelder (One Missed Call) on guitar and backing vocals, Moshe Liberman (later session drummer for Useless ID) on drums and Rotem Inbar (Betzefer) on bass.
The band released its first and only album "Dear Enemy" in 2003. It was self-produced and released in only small capacity for the band's friends and at their shows. The band broke up in 2004, but was revived by Ben-Horin in late 2005 with a new line-up, with Guy Shechter on drums and Russel Groos on bass. This incarnation lasted until 2006, only producing a few live shows before the band disbanded. Two of the songs Ben-Horin originally wrote for Superdrive - "Isolate Me" and "Shallow End" - made it to Useless ID's 2008 album, "The Lost Broken Bones".
On August 25, 2010, the band reunited for a one-off reunion show with the original 2002-2004 line-up, at the Sublime club in Tel Aviv.
