Paul Stokes was born in Heywood on the 28th January 1972 . Has lived for the most part in Heywood, a small working class town which recently has had a bit of a live music revival. Stokesy has been playing guitar and writing songs for about nine years, picking the guitar up for the first time at the age of 28. Has written lots of song's which in the main are soul searching observations about life.
