Static in Stereo was a Canadian band consisting of vocalist/guitarist Todd Kerns, his brothers John and Ryan, and drummer Scott MacCargar. They released a self-titled debut album in 2002, and it spawned a Canadian TV and radio hit "Before My Time". In 2002, the band was nominated for a Canadian Radio Music Award for "Best New Group". Both Todd and John Kerns had played together previously with Canadian rock group Age of Electric. This is their first official collaboration with younger brother Ryan.
