Lee “Scratch” Perry’s, 70‘s classic, “Soul Fire”, was the ignition for the songwriter and singer Vassilis Savopoulos a.k.a “Jah Smiley” to form “Soul Fire”, the first reggae band in Greece 15 years ago. After “Jah’ Smiley” set up his project studio, he formed this greek based reggae trio comprises, himself, (vocals and guitar) King John (drums) and T Wise (bass).
