So Many Tears is a rock group formed in 2008 by drummer and vocalist Kin-ichi Motegi (Fishmans, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra) and guitarist Takashi Kato (Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra). Later, the band recruited bassist Yuzuru Kashiwabara (Fishmans, Polaris) in 2011 after holding their first live show.
