Hailing from Fort Worth, Texas, Six 2 has brushed elbows with fame for the last decade. He was originally a member of the group Gena Cide, who cut a pair of albums in the 90s. He was introduced to The D.O.C. and quickly was quickly signed to his production label, Silverback Records. Through this connection, Six 2 linked up with Dr. Dre and wrote and performed on a few 2001 tracks. The D.O.C.’s slept on comeback album Deuce was effectively Six 2's solo project. In addition to "Deuce", Six 2 has recorded two additional albums; Mac-A-Roni & G's, as well as Affiliated.
